Employee Wellbeing Coach

The Opportunity:
RemoteWorx Wellbeing, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellbeing Coach with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our clients’ employees. You will provide leadership and be responsible for promoting daily health and wellness activities delivered via the RemoteWorx Wellbeing Platform to employees of multiple client teams. Your primary responsibility will be to support our members by managing all on-platform strategies that promote healthy behaviors to improve wellbeing for employees and their companies. You will work in conjunction with our client’s leadership teams, providing guidance and support, to ensure that the RemoteWorx wellbeing plan is aligned with the overall company benefit program.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Lead a comprehensive wellbeing program via our online platform interface.
- Manage all daily member interactions and messaging on the Platform.
- Create and promote health and wellness strategies for client teams.
- Review member engagement data to create client reports and actionable insights.
- Assist the RemoteWorx Account Manager with client Reward Points budgets, policies, and procedures relevant to the platform incentivization program.
- Coordinate training sessions to familiarize members with platform features as needed.
- Manage platform onboarding for client teams.
- Sales Support (collaborate with the RemoteWorx sales team to maximize the client experience).

- Experience in the wellness industry with knowledge of one or more of the following areas, including wellness coaching, physical fitness, nutrition, stress management, mental health, or related fields.
- Experienced with social media (ability to create and manage on-platform posts).
- Familiarity with behavioral change strategies to support sustainable wellbeing.
- Proficiency in delivering virtual wellness sessions and utilizing technology platforms for coaching purposes.
- Strong presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and outcomes.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite and HubSpot, for program development and reporting.
- Good writer with ability to create inspirational content.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health education, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of experience in wellness program development.
- Certified in a health and wellness industry (Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, or related field).
- Certification in wellness coaching from a recognized industry association.
- Previous experience in designing and implementing employee wellbeing programs.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance is advantageous.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is a plus.
